Letter of thanks from the Standing Committee of the Hanoi Party Committee signed by Comrade Bui Thi Minh Hoai, Politburo member, Secretary of the Hanoi Party Committee, Head of the Hanoi City National Assembly Delegation on September 3, 2025, sent to all cadres, party members, soldiers of the armed forces, experts, scientists, artists, reporters, editors of news agencies, newspapers and people of the capital.

The Standing Committee of the Hanoi Party Committee stated that, implementing the leadership of the Politburo, the Secretariat, General Secretary To Lam and the Central Steering Committee to celebrate major holidays and important historical events of the country in the three years of 2023-2025, the capital city of Hanoi has closely and effectively coordinated with central departments, ministries, branches and localities to organize many commemorative activities, contributing to the success of the parade and march to celebrate the 80th anniversary of the August Revolution (August 19, 1945 - August 19, 2025) and the National Day of the Socialist Republic of Vietnam (September 2, 1945 - September 2, 2025) - task A80 - organized by the Party and State at Ba Dinh Square on the morning of September 2, 2025.

The success of this important event has left a good impression, strongly spreading the spirit of patriotism and national pride; having great significance in mobilizing all classes of people to continue promoting the strength of great national unity, building the Capital and the country to be increasingly prosperous, civilized and happy in the era of national development.

“To achieve that result, the Standing Committee of the Hanoi Party Committee warmly commends the Party committees at all levels, the government, the Fatherland Front , people's organizations, and armed forces from the city to the grassroots level for promoting the highest level of initiative and responsibility in leadership, direction, and mobilizing the entire city's political system to promptly coordinate with central and local agencies in organizing commemorative activities,” the letter of thanks stated.

In the letter, the Standing Committee of the Hanoi Party Committee respectfully acknowledged, thanked and highly appreciated the efforts, overcoming difficulties, regardless of sun or rain, day and night to serve the Anniversary activities of the officers, soldiers of the armed forces, civil servants, public employees, workers of agencies and units of the city; of experts, scientists, artists, designers, program producers, reporters, editors, technicians of press and publishing agencies; of the business community, union members, youth, volunteers...

In particular, we welcome and thank the people of the Capital for encouraging, supporting and participating in the commemorative activities with all our enthusiasm, affection and pride for the Capital and the country through many meaningful and practical actions, contributing to beautifying the image of "Civilized - elegant - friendly - affectionate Hanoians" to all compatriots and soldiers nationwide, our compatriots abroad and many international friends.

The Standing Committee of the City Party Committee believes that the success of the commemorative activities, especially the success of the military parade, continues to affirm the wise and timely direction of the Party, the State and General Secretary To Lam; affirms the great national solidarity in general, the joint efforts of the entire political system, the army and people of the Capital in particular, which is both a tradition, a strategic line, and a great endogenous strength, one of the decisive factors for the victory of the cause of building and developing the Capital and the country.
