On October 23, the Vietnam Fatherland Front Committee of Hoa Hiep commune (HCMC) held the 1st Congress of Delegates, term 2025 - 2030.

Comrade Vo Ngoc Thanh Truc, Member of the Standing Committee of the City Party Committee, Vice Chairman of the Vietnam Fatherland Front Committee of Ho Chi Minh City, Chairman of the Ho Chi Minh City Women's Union attended and directed.

During the past term, the Vietnam Fatherland Front Committee of Hoa Hiep commune has diversified the forms of gathering people, promoting the strength of the great national unity bloc; promoting patriotic emulation movements and campaigns, making practical contributions to socio-economic development, maintaining political security and order and safety in the area.

Speaking at the congress, comrade Vo Ngoc Thanh Truc emphasized that entering the 2025 - 2030 term, in the context of Hoa Hiep commune strongly transforming from agriculture to services and light industry, the Vietnam Fatherland Front Committee of the commune needs to identify breakthrough orientations, associated with local realities.

The focus is on improving the quality of the campaign "All people unite to build new rural areas and civilized urban areas", promoting digital transformation in propaganda, building "smart residential areas", "model self-management groups of 5 Self" and mobilizing people to develop green, environmentally friendly economic models.

The Party Executive Committee of Hoa Hiep commune presented flowers to congratulate the congress.

Comrade Vo Ngoc Thanh Truc suggested that the Vietnam Fatherland Front Committee of the commune strengthen supervision, social criticism, participate in Party and government building; promote democracy at the grassroots level through dialogue forums, listen and promptly resolve the legitimate aspirations of the people; strengthen the great national unity bloc, contributing to building Hoa Hiep commune to develop sustainably.

The consultative congress elected 51 members of the Vietnam Fatherland Front Committee of the commune; Comrade Pham Thien Minh was re-elected as Chairman of the Vietnam Fatherland Front Committee of Hoa Hiep commune for the 2025 - 2030 term.
