Need to soon complete the traffic route of Hoa Lien 4 resettlement area and Khanh Son 3 road

At Hoa Lien 4 resettlement area, Lien Chieu ward, Mrs. Tran Thi Xuan (residing in Quan Nam 3 village) shared: “Every day I take my grandchild to Hoa Lien Primary School, it is very difficult. In the rainy season, it is muddy, in the dry season, the dust flies everywhere. People hope that the road will soon be paved to make traveling more convenient.”

According to actual records, the area near the school and market has a lot of traffic. It is worth mentioning that when it rains, there are many potholes and the road surface is slippery, causing danger to traffic participants.

Mr. Le The Nhan, Deputy Director of the Management Board of Investment and Construction of Civil, Industrial and Technical Infrastructure Projects in Da Nang, said that the Hoa Lien 4 Resettlement Area Technical Infrastructure Project (Phase 3) includes leveling, traffic and drainage items. However, the progress is still not synchronized. The roads have not been paved yet due to waiting for the addition of a domestic wastewater drainage system under the road.

Currently, the Project Management Board is adjusting the technical infrastructure planning to add separate rainwater and wastewater drainage ditches for the entire project. To avoid waste during the investment process, these roads will not be paved for the time being.

After the project investment policy adjustment is approved, the Management Board will carry out the steps of preparing the project adjustment planning and adjusting the construction drawing design documents, adjusted estimates, supplementing appraisal and approval as a basis for implementing technical infrastructure construction. The construction implementation time is expected to start from December 31, 2026 and be completed before December 31, 2027.

Not only at Hoa Lien 4 resettlement area, infrastructure degradation also occurs on Khanh Son 3 street (Hoa Khanh ward). Many concrete roads are broken, full of potholes and jagged rocks.

Ms. Nguyen Thi Man (residing in group 64) said: "We hope the government will soon invest in upgrading and synchronously connecting so that the residential area is clean and beautiful, making it convenient for people to travel." Similarly, Mr. Dang Ky, a resident on Khanh Son 3 Street, said that the road does not have a drainage system, so every time it rains heavily, water flows over the road, causing further damage and localized flooding.

Regarding this issue, the leader of Hoa Khanh Ward People's Committee said that after receiving feedback, the local government inspected and included Khanh Son 3 route in the 2025 investment list, in order to improve traffic infrastructure, creating favorable conditions for people to travel and live.
