Checking medical and population work in Thang Dien

Thang Binh Regional Medical Center has just inspected medical and population work in 2025 at Binh Trung, Binh Tu and Binh An Medical Stations (Thang Dien commune).

Inspection content according to Decision No. 1300 dated March 9, 2023 of the Ministry of Health on promulgating the National Criteria for Commune Health for the period up to 2030; population and family planning work; advanced communes of traditional medicine and other health target programs.

During the inspection, the inspection team members highly appreciated the efforts of the 3 health stations in Thang Dien commune in providing primary health care to the people in the newly merged locality. Ensuring adequate medicine stock, maintaining readiness for timely emergency care for unexpected cases. Information and propaganda work on epidemics is regularly updated by the stations, and full vaccination is provided to the subjects.

However, there are still difficulties such as most stations lack village health care and doctors, Binh Tu Health Station is seriously degraded and needs a suitable investment roadmap.

It is known that from October 20-24, Thang Binh Regional Medical Center established 2 inspection teams on the above content at 20 medical stations in Thang Binh district (old) to evaluate medical work at the facility; at the same time, have a direction plan for 2026. Thereby, strengthening state management in performing the functions and tasks of the stations, contributing to the successful completion of the task of protecting, caring for and improving people's health.
