In Phu Hoa 1 commune, the total outstanding debt as of September 30, 2025 reached more than 63.5 billion VND, an increase of 2.05 billion VND compared to the beginning of the year, with 1,103 customers still in debt. There were no overdue debts in the commune; the debt was 102 million VND, a decrease of 40 million VND compared to the beginning of the year. The interest collection rate reached 100%. Entrustment activities through mass organizations basically met the requirements, with 23/24 savings and loan groups (TK&VV) classified as good.
For Tay Son commune, the total outstanding debt as of October 21, 2025 reached more than 127.3 billion VND, an increase of 7.9 billion VND compared to the beginning of the year, with 2,593 customers still in debt. The interest collection rate reached 118% of the assigned target, the quality of credit activities at the commune level was classified as good. The whole area has 48 savings and credit groups, of which 44 groups are classified as good.

Speaking at the meeting, Director of the Provincial Branch of the Vietnam Bank for Social Policies Dao Thai Hoa highly appreciated the efforts of the Vietnam Bank for Social Policies transaction offices, unions and savings and credit groups in the two communes in maintaining the quality of policy credit activities in the area.
In particular, the attention and facilitation of local Party committees and authorities in directing and organizing the implementation of social policy credit activities in the new situation; arranging transaction locations, facilities, working space and assigning police officers to be present at the transaction points to ensure absolute safety for people and property throughout the transaction.

The Director of the Provincial Branch of the Social Policy Bank suggested that in the coming time, the Social Policy Bank transaction offices continue to advise local Party committees and authorities to effectively implement Directive No. 39-CT/TW of the Secretariat; coordinate with associations and unions to strengthen propaganda on group member deposit activities, and guide people to use loans for the right purposes and effectively.
Strengthen the operations of savings and credit groups, improve credit quality, operational quality at transaction points, control overdue debts, promote the handling of due debts and debt cancellation according to the correct procedures; enhance the application of digital transformation in business management activities. At the same time, coordinate to review people's loan needs, promptly disburse preferential credit programs, contribute to supporting people to develop production, improve their lives, and sustainably reduce poverty...
