Training on production techniques and market expansion for more than 200 youths from ethnic minorities in Dak Lak

On October 23 and 24, in Dak Lak, the Central Committee of the Ho Chi Minh Communist Youth Union and the Dak Lak Provincial Youth Union jointly organized a training program on production techniques, management skills, value chain management, and the ability to search for and expand consumer markets for young people.

Participating in the training program, more than 200 union members and youth from ethnic minority areas in the province were shared knowledge and practical experience by experts and reporters on the application of advanced production processes; farming techniques according to VietGAP and GlobalGAP standards, towards organic agriculture associated with environmental protection and climate change adaptation; experience in management and production organization in small and medium-sized economic models; and skills in managing agricultural product value chains towards sustainable linkages.

In addition, union members and young people also have the opportunity to discuss and exchange experiences and skills in accessing markets, building and developing product brands, contributing to increasing the value of agricultural products and expanding consumption channels.

Within the framework of the program, young people were informed about ethnic work and the implementation of the national target program for socio-economic development in ethnic minority and mountainous areas.

Through the training program, we not only equip ourselves with necessary knowledge and skills, but also create a forum for union members and youth to exchange, learn, and arouse the spirit of innovation and creativity, thereby contributing to promoting sustainable socio-economic development in the locality.
