Participating in the training program, more than 200 youth union members from ethnic minority areas in the province received knowledge and practical experience from experts and speakers on applying advanced production processes; farming techniques according to VietGAP and GlobalGAP standards, aiming towards organic agriculture associated with environmental protection and adaptation to climate change; experience in managing and organizing production in small and medium-sized economic models; and skills in managing agricultural product value chains in a sustainable linkage direction.
