The exit to Ba Son station on the Saigon River bank has become a familiar meeting point for those seeking a moment of peace amidst the bustling city. From here, young people can gaze across to the Thu Thiem bank, watching boats drift leisurely on the river against the backdrop of the sunset.

As evening falls, many young people come here to sit on the grass, admire the river, and chat. Some leisurely cycle along the embankment, while others cast their lines to fish, creating a rare peaceful scene in the heart of Saigon.

The slow, contrasting rhythm blends seamlessly with the bustling crowds on Ton Duc Thang Street.

This place offers an interesting contrast: both bustling and tranquil, modern yet with a touch of nostalgia. Many young people say that the atmosphere here helps them temporarily forget deadlines , escape the noisy traffic, and sit quietly admiring the buildings reflected on the river's surface.

That's why this place has become a new dating and photo-taking spot for young people.

"This afternoon, I just wanted to lie down for a while and take a deep breath. The grass is cool, the breeze is gentle, and the sky is unusually clear. Suddenly, everything feels so light," shared Phong Dinh (a resident of Saigon Ward).

Each frame is like a slice of time: a couple against a purple sky, their silhouettes reflected on the water's surface, and in the distance, the city beginning to light up.

Ms. Cao Thúy (residing in An Nhơn ward, formerly Gò Vấp district) shared: "Since the Ben Thanh - Suoi Tien Metro line opened, I haven't had the chance to experience it. My daily work is busy, so today I finally came here to stroll around and experience the train. Ho Chi Minh City has two riverbanks in the city center that are so beautiful. It's been a long time since I've been here, and I see so many changes."

Not only Thuy, but many locals and tourists were surprised by the romantic scenery when they came here to watch the sunset over the Saigon River.
