Comrade Nguyen Hoang Anh, Production Technical Department of the Corporation also presented a speech with the theme "Proud of PTSC Trade Union members - Proactive, creative, accompanying the sustainable development of the Corporation". The speech summarized the outstanding results of the 2023 - 2025 term along with many cultural, sports and social security activities that are maintained regularly, contributing to building a united and humane working environment, without labor disputes. Towards the 2025 - 2030 term, the speech emphasized the motto of action "Talk less - Think more - Do more - Fast speed - High efficiency", encouraging trade union members to promote the spirit of innovation, master technology, spread PTSC culture, and at the same time propose to increase sports activities after work hours to improve spiritual life and internal cohesion.

Ho Chi Minh City - On October 23, 2025, the 6th Congress of Trade Union Delegates of PTSC Corporation, term 2025 - 2030 was held at the headquarters of Vietnam Oil and Gas Technical Services Corporation (PTSC) with 80 official delegates, representing 289 union members sharing the pride, solidarity and responsibility of the Trade Union organization of the Corporation.
Attending the Congress were comrade Nguyen Tran Toan, Chairman of the Corporation's Trade Union; comrade Do Huy The, member of the Party Standing Committee, Head of the Party Organization Committee, Head of the Human Resources Management Committee of the Corporation; comrade Bui Thu Ha, member of the Party Executive Committee, member of the Party Inspection Committee, Head of the Corporation's Supervisory Board; and comrades in the Party Standing Committee, Functional Committees, Supervisory Board, Executive Board of the Corporation's Trade Union; and delegates representing the Corporation's employees attending the Congress.

Summary of the 2023 - 2025 term and orientation for the 2025 - 2030 term
The summary report for the 2023 - 2025 term comprehensively assessed the results of trade union activities in the context of strong fluctuations in the energy market and PTSC's active transition to the renewable energy sector. The Trade Union of the Corporation has promoted its representative role, protected the legitimate rights of employees, effectively implemented the emulation movements "Good workers - Creative workers", promoted social security activities, women's work and built a strong organization. Some outstanding results include: 74 proposed technical innovations/innovations; 53 training courses with 2,300 participants (total cost of 6.6 billion VND); mobilized donations of 381.9 million VND for social activities; 288 employees (86 female, 202 male) with high qualifications (1 PhD, 48 masters, 224 bachelors and some personnel with other qualifications suitable to job requirements). In addition to the achieved results, the report also pointed out challenges such as the need for faster digital transformation in union member management, improving professional qualifications and increasing creativity in the emulation movement. On that basis, the Congress agreed on the goal for the 2025 - 2030 term to innovate the content and methods of operation, apply technology in union management, strengthen dialogue, improve training quality and comprehensively care for the material and spiritual life of workers, closely linked to PTSC's sustainable development strategy.

At the Congress, comrade Nguyen Tien Truong, Quality Safety Board of the Corporation presented a speech with the topic "Production and business activities in the current period and the indispensable role of the PTSC Trade Union". The speech outlined the picture of PTSC's production and business activities in the strategic transition period 2022 - 2025, when the Corporation has both consolidated the traditional oil and gas sector and strongly expanded into renewable and nuclear energy, towards green and sustainable development. The four major challenges that PTSC is facing include: (1) Strict international standards; (2) Diverse and high-risk business environment; (3) Pressure on performance and innovation; (4) Requirement of adaptive and high-quality human resources. At the same time, review adaptation efforts such as standardizing processes, training international human resources, digital transformation and developing corporate culture. The presentation also emphasized the accompanying and creative role of trade unions in protecting workers' rights, promoting productivity, spreading corporate culture and enhancing collective strength, the foundation to help PTSC move towards sustainable growth and the development target of 10-15% in the period 2026-2030.

Building strong trade unions
The Congress listened to, discussed and unanimously approved the Personnel Project of the Executive Committee of the Trade Union of the Corporation for the 6th term (2025 - 2030), which was prepared in accordance with the provisions of the Charter of the Vietnam Trade Union, ensuring the principles of democracy, transparency and objectivity. The Project clearly defines the standards and personnel structure, in which each member of the Executive Committee must have strong political will, good moral qualities, professional capacity and prestige in the collective. The personnel structure ensures succession between terms, harmoniously combining experience and young cadres, meeting the requirements of tasks in the new situation. Personnel work is carried out closely, with the leadership and direction of the Party Committee of the Agency and the Trade Union of the Corporation, demonstrating unity in policies and orientations. The list of personnel is discussed, agreed upon by the Executive Committee, reported to the Party Committee and the Trade Union of the Corporation before submitting to the Congress for consideration and election. The election results selected the Executive Committee of the 6th term, consisting of 09 comrades who are cadres with qualities, capacity, prestige, and dedication to the trade union movement, ensuring the organization's continuity and continuous development.

Along with that, the Congress presented the Personnel Plan for the delegation to attend the 9th PTSC Corporation Trade Union Congress, clearly stating the selection principles and criteria for typical delegates. The elected delegates are exemplary union members with a sense of responsibility, prestige, and the ability to contribute ideas to build the union movement of the entire Corporation and honestly reflect the aspirations of the Agency's employees at the higher-level Congress. According to the Plan, the Corporation's Agency elects 08 official delegates and 02 alternate delegates, ensuring representativeness, objectivity and balance between professional committees.

In his speech, comrade Nguyen Tran Toan, Chairman of PTSC Trade Union, shared: “Today's congress is an important occasion for us to look back on the past journey and look forward to the new phase of PTSC. After the pandemic, the Corporation has made impressive progress thanks to timely changes, keeping up with the trend of green transition and digital transformation. In the coming time, we need to continue to innovate, make stronger breakthroughs, promote the leading role, improve production and business efficiency and take better care of workers. I hope that you will always maintain the pride of being a part of the PTSC family, together fostering PTSC to grow stronger and more humane.”

The Executive Committee of the Trade Union of the Corporation's Agency, term VI, 2025 - 2030, was introduced to the Congress

At the end of the working program, the Congress passed a Resolution defining key tasks for the 2025 - 2030 term. With a spirit of solidarity and high consensus, 100% of delegates voted unanimously to elect 9 comrades to the Executive Committee of the Trade Union of PTSC Corporation for the 6th term, 2025 - 2030 term and 10 comrades to the delegation to attend the 9th Congress of the Trade Union of PTSC Corporation for the 2025 - 2030 term. The Congress also unanimously elected comrade Tran Minh Manh to hold the position of Chairman of the Trade Union of PTSC Corporation for the 6th term, 2025 - 2030 term.
The 6th Congress of the Trade Union of PTSC Corporation ended in an atmosphere of excitement and confidence. The spirit of “Solidarity - Democracy - Discipline - Innovation - Development” continues to be the guiding principle for all activities of the trade union in the new term, contributing to strengthening corporate culture and affirming the pioneering role of the trade union in the development process of the Corporation.
