PTSC Quang Binh successfully organized the 5th Trade Union Congress, term 2025 - 2030

On the afternoon of October 21, 2025, the Trade Union of PTSC Corporation - Quang Binh General Petroleum Service Port Branch successfully organized the 5th Grassroots Trade Union Congress, term 2025-2030. The Congress took place in a solemn, democratic and united atmosphere, marking an important milestone in the unit's trade union activities. Attending the Congress were leaders representing the Trade Union of PTSC Corporation; Party Cell, Board of Directors of PTSC Quang Binh and all union officials and members of the Branch. The full presence of delegates demonstrated the deep concern of leaders at all levels and the high sense of responsibility of union members for trade union work.

At the Congress, the Executive Committee of the 4th Trade Union presented a Summary Report on Trade Union Work for the 2023-2025 Term. The report comprehensively assessed the achievements and bright spots in trade union activities, and frankly pointed out the limitations and shortcomings that need to be overcome. During the past term, the Branch Trade Union has promoted its role in representing and protecting the legitimate and legal rights and interests of workers; actively participated in developing regulations and policies related to workers; promoted patriotic emulation movements, contributing to the overall development of the Unit. The Congress also listened to the draft directions for trade union activities for the 2025-2030 term. Delegates contributed many enthusiastic and practical ideas to build an effective action program, closely following the practical situation of the unit and the aspirations of union members. One of the most important contents of the Congress was the election of the Executive Committee of the Grassroots Trade Union, term V, 2025-2030. With a high sense of responsibility, the delegates wisely selected comrades with sufficient qualities, capacity and enthusiasm to lead trade union activities in the new term.

Speaking at the Congress, Comrade Hoang Tuan - Secretary and Director of PTSC Quang Binh praised the achievements that the Branch's Trade Union had achieved in the past term, and assigned the task to the new Executive Committee to continue promoting the tradition of solidarity, creativity, and innovation in working methods to build an increasingly strong trade union organization, truly a reliable support for workers.

The Congress also officially assigned tasks to the new Executive Committee. With the spirit of solidarity, creativity and innovation, the new Executive Committee will continue to promote good traditions, improve operational efficiency, to build an increasingly strong Trade Union organization, develop sustainably and adapt to all challenges.

On behalf of the Corporation's Trade Union, Mr. Vu Duc Cuong - Permanent Vice Chairman of the Corporation's Trade Union commended the impressive results that the Branch's Trade Union has achieved in the period of 2023-2025, especially in the context of many economic difficulties, affirming the pioneering role of the Branch's Trade Union in ensuring the rights and improving the lives of workers.

The success of the 5th Congress of the Trade Union has affirmed the growth of the trade union organization at the Branch of PTSC Corporation - Quang Binh General Petroleum Service Port. This is an important premise for the Trade Union to continue to promote its role, contributing to building harmonious, stable and progressive labor relations, and together with the Unit to excellently complete all production and business tasks in the coming time.
