On the morning of October 23, Secretary of the Bac Ninh Provincial Party Committee Nguyen Hong Thai worked with the Standing Committee of the Xuan Luong Commune Party Committee to grasp the situation, results of the implementation of the commune's political tasks and key tasks in the coming time.

Xuan Luong commune was established on the basis of merging 3 communes: Xuan Luong, Canh Nau and Dong Tien, Yen The district (old). The commune party committee has 50 branches and affiliated party committees with 669 party members. Since its establishment, the Party committee, People's Council and People's Committee of the commune have focused on perfecting the organization of the Party committee, government and Fatherland Front of the commune to ensure continuous and uninterrupted work, serving the needs of the people and businesses well.

At the meeting, the leaders of Xuan Luong Commune Party Committee pointed out some difficulties in terms of facilities, information technology infrastructure; the number of cadres and civil servants is insufficient compared to the decision on staffing by the Provincial Party Standing Committee. The demand for capital for infrastructure investment, new rural construction, and social security is large while local resources are limited. The work of developing party members in rural Party cells faces many difficulties.

The Party Committee of Xuan Luong commune proposed that the province support the budget to buy new computers to serve the activities of the Party Committee, People's Council, People's Committee, Fatherland Front Committee and socio- political organizations. Quickly supplement the budget to overcome the damage after storm No. 11. Pay attention to the salary and allowance regime for the staff, civil servants and public employees in accordance with the job position according to the 2-level local government model.

Propose to adjust and supplement the planning; pay attention to supporting investment in building the headquarters of the Party Committee, People's Council, People's Committee, and Fatherland Front Committee of the commune at the new location. Pay attention to allocating provincial budget capital in 2026 and public investment capital for the period 2026 - 2030 to build cultural works, traffic, school facilities, etc.

At the working session, members of the working group exchanged and discussed the contents and issues proposed by the commune, focusing on increasing the rate of online public service implementation in the area; increasing budget revenue to ensure the assigned budget; support work, overcoming damage caused by storm No. 11; environmental sanitation, disease prevention after floods; allocating funds to repair the commune's broadcasting system; balancing resources to build traffic infrastructure, schools, and offices.

In his concluding remarks, Provincial Party Secretary Nguyen Hong Thai shared the difficulties of the commune in the process of performing assigned tasks; at the same time, he requested that in the coming time, the Party Committee of the commune focus on overcoming and promoting the sense of responsibility among cadres and party members to successfully complete the assigned targets and tasks. In particular, it is important to promote and concretize the goals and resolutions of the Party Congresses at all levels for the 2025 - 2030 term to ensure timeliness and effectiveness. The Party Committee must truly be the center of solidarity, unity, and closeness to the grassroots.

Continue to improve the organization of the political system to ensure it is streamlined, effective and efficient. Review and arrange staff between departments and offices to ensure the promotion of strengths, expertise and capacity of each position, meeting the requirements of local tasks.

Specialized agencies need to strengthen coordination, support, and information sharing to improve work efficiency. Focus on directing the implementation of key tasks of local socio -economic development; strive to complete budget collection and disburse 100% of public investment capital as planned. Pay attention to the fields of education and training, health care, and people's health care; restore agricultural, forestry, and fishery production after storms and floods.

Focus on activities to preserve and maintain cultural identity. Effectively implement ethnic and religious policies, poverty reduction work, and ensure social security for ethnic minorities; maintain political stability, security, and social order and safety.

Regarding the recommendations and proposals of Xuan Luong commune, especially regarding funding for purchasing equipment for work; investment in construction of traffic infrastructure, school facilities, working offices, some contents on Party building work..., the Provincial Party Secretary assigned specialized agencies to synthesize, review, and advise on solutions.
