HOU bookcase donation program for Lai Chau Province Continuing Education and Career Guidance Center

The program has just been organized by Hanoi Open University in coordination with the Provincial Center for Continuing Education - Vocational Guidance to present the HOU bookcase.

Attending the program were comrades: Tran Manh Hung - Director of the Department of Culture, Sports and Tourism; Associate Professor, Doctor Nguyen Thi Nhung - Principal of Hanoi Open University; Nguyen Thuy Hue - Director of the Provincial Center for Continuing Education - Vocational Guidance and representatives of leaders of Faculties, Departments of Hanoi Open University, the Provincial Center for Continuing Education - Vocational Guidance.

Accordingly, the Delegation presented to Lai Chau Province Continuing Education and Vocational Guidance Center the HOU bookcase with a total of 771 titles, 1,269 books, including reference books, textbooks, literature and political books.

Through the program, Hanoi Open University hopes to help the Provincial Center for Continuing Education - Vocational Guidance have more rich sources of books to meet the increasing reading needs of staff, teachers, students. Thereby, helping teachers to constantly improve their qualifications, helping students have access to healthy books, creating reading habits and improving reading culture.

Speaking at the program, Mr. Tran Manh Hung - Director of the Department of Culture, Sports and Tourism acknowledged and thanked the Hanoi Open University for its attention to Lai Chau. At the same time, he suggested that the school, teachers and students use books effectively, build a vibrant reading movement, and develop a reading culture in the school. Thereby, creating healthy habits for students, using books and documents effectively, not using phones during class, contributing to improving teaching and learning effectiveness.
