The provincial professional playground for primary school teachers from 12 districts, towns and cities has just ended with many impressions in good and creative ways contributing to educational innovation and improving teaching quality. Among 165 teachers who won prizes, Ms. Nguyen Thi Anh (born in 2000, Albert Einstein Primary, Secondary and High School) was honored to be the youngest teacher to win first prize at the competition.

Nguyen Thi Anh shared: “Before participating in the provincial knowledge and professional playground, I had the opportunity to experience the school-level creative teacher competition organized with a similar format. At the school-level competition, after 2 rounds of reporting and practice, I won first prize and was selected as 1 of 3 teachers from Albert Einstein Primary, Secondary and High School to participate in the provincial competition.”
As a Gen Z teacher, Ms. Nguyen Thi Anh could not help but feel worried and pressured when "taking on the task" that the Board of Directors and colleagues trusted her with. "In the 3 months of preparing for the contest, I focused on searching for and reviewing topics, and systematizing all the experiences and methods I had practiced. From there, I evaluated the effectiveness and searched for a new, more innovative method that was suitable for the scale of the provincial contest, and could be effectively applied in direct teaching with students" - Ms. Anh shared.

At the contest, Nguyen Thi Anh chose to report on the topic "Application of information technology in teaching Vietnamese for grade 2". Accordingly, the topic was implemented with many creative methods such as: converting all materials from textbooks into videos to attract students; using information technology to create thinking games, increasing student interaction during class; applying self-study content support at home using the Padlet discussion board...
In the practical exam, teacher Anh randomly drew a lesson for the subject “Nature and Society for Grade 1”. “This is one of the difficult lessons, requiring careful preparation of lesson plans and knowledge. In addition, grade 1 students need to implement specific methods to attract them during class” – Ms. Nguyen Thi Anh added.
During the implementation of the competition, the Gen Z teacher skillfully combined solid professional knowledge, creative teaching methods and effective application of information technology to create excitement for students. Her confident performance helped Ms. Nguyen Thi Anh receive high praise from the judges and colleagues.
The Provincial Primary School Teacher Competition took place from March 18 to March 31 with the participation of 209 teachers from 12 districts, towns, cities and 3 private schools in Ha Tinh city. Teachers participated in the competition in 6 subjects: English, Information Technology, Physical Education, Music, Fine Arts and Culture.
At the competition, teachers presented measures to improve teaching quality. After that, 172 teachers were selected to continue participating in the practical competition of 1 teaching period. The final result was that the whole province had 165 teachers who won prizes and were recognized as Excellent Primary School Teachers at the provincial level for the period 2025 - 2028, of which 10 teachers won first prize.

Born into a family of 5 siblings in Ky Khang commune (Ky Anh district), her parents were farmers, so life was inevitably full of worries and hardships. Since her high school years, Nguyen Thi Anh has shown her qualities of being a good student and a good student, achieving the title of excellent student at the provincial level in English for 3 consecutive years. When she learned about the training contract program with Albert Einstein Primary, Secondary and High School, Nguyen Thi Anh boldly registered to receive support in pursuing a career in "growing people" at Hanoi National University of Education.
“During my 4 years of university, I received monthly living expenses support from Albert Einstein Primary, Secondary and High School, which helped me reduce my financial burden so that I could focus on my studies. Thanks to that, I received scholarships for many consecutive semesters, was an excellent student for 4 years, and then graduated with honors with a score of 3.75/4,” Nguyen Thi Anh confided.

In 2022, Ms. Anh returned to work at Albert Einstein Primary, Secondary and High School. With her passion, love for children, care and guidance from the Board of Directors and colleagues, Nguyen Thi Anh quickly adapted, accumulated many lessons and experiences, and contributed many good initiatives in developing effective teaching methods.
The first prize at the Provincial Primary School Excellent Teacher Competition is not only a worthy achievement for the review process and creative efforts of Ms. Nguyen Thi Anh, but also a "gift" for the female Gen Z teacher to send to the "teachers" who have silently supported her materially and spiritually, helping the female student in difficult circumstances realize her dream of going to university and becoming an excellent teacher like she is now.

“For me, education is constantly developing, so the teaching program also has continuous changes. In order to adapt to that trend, each teacher needs to be aware of their responsibility in cultivating their qualities, ethics, and abilities; actively research and create new teaching methods to bring students exciting teaching hours and improve efficiency. In the coming time, I will continue to focus on developing my abilities through information channels, participating in training courses, and being worthy of the trust of students and parents,” shared teacher Nguyen Thi Anh.
Teacher Nguyen Thi Anh is a young, enthusiastic, responsible teacher, always dedicated to her profession, loved by her students and trusted by her colleagues. Ms. Anh has always promoted the spirit of creativity and innovation in teaching. Her initiatives have been effectively applied in improving the quality of teaching in primary schools in particular and the whole school in general. The teaching staff of Albert Einstein Primary, Secondary and High School always creates conditions for teachers to improve their professional skills, contributing to improving the quality of teaching, creating a "happy school" contributing to the comprehensive development of students.
