On the morning of September 22, on the way home from school, Nguyen Trung Y - a 5B student at Truong Son Primary School (Duc Minh Commune) picked up a black wallet containing many important documents and 7.2 million VND in cash. Immediately after that, Trung Y reported to the school and was instructed by the teacher to report to Duc Minh Commune Police to find the person who lost it and return it. The police force quickly intervened, verified and returned the wallet to Ms. Tran Thi Thanh Xuan in a feeling of emotion and gratitude.
Trung Y's good deed received a lot of praise from teachers, friends and local people. Sharing about his actions, Trung Y said: "When I picked up the wallet, I thought that the person who lost it would be very worried, so I quickly reported it to my teachers for help, to find the person to return the property."

This is not the first time students in Duc Minh commune have picked up lost items and returned them to their owners. Many “beautiful flowers” have been recognized and rewarded by the school and local authorities, contributing to spreading a humane and responsible lifestyle in the community.
Lieutenant Colonel Nguyen Viet Chien - Head of Duc Minh Commune Police said: "We highly appreciate and acknowledge the good actions of local students when they pick up lost property and proactively find the person to return it. Their actions demonstrate good awareness and moral qualities, spreading positive things and sowing the seeds of society's belief in kindness. In the coming time, the commune police force will continue to coordinate with schools, hamlet units, and families to strengthen propaganda work to educate students about security and order issues in the area. In addition, we also recommend that people be more careful in preserving and protecting property to avoid losing it."

Previously, at around 8:00 a.m. on September 21, Tran Ba Bao Long, an 8th grade student at Albert Einstein Primary, Secondary and High School (Thanh Sen Ward), picked up 5.5 million VND on Tran Phu Street. Immediately after, Bao Long went to Thanh Sen Ward Police to report. After verification, the police confirmed that the owner of the property was Ms. Thai Doan Trang, an employee of a local store. On the same day, Bao Long promptly returned the money to Ms. Doan Trang under the witness of the authorities.
Bao Long’s beautiful action received more than 1,600 likes and a “shower” of compliments on the Facebook platform of Thanh Sen Ward Police. An account named Nguyen Huong shared: “He is young but has a very beautiful action. That is the result of the process of nurturing his soul by his family and school. I wish him good health, good behavior, and good study.”

Sharing about her students, Ms. Hoang Thi Thanh Huyen - Vice Principal of Albert Einstein School said: "Bao Long's beautiful actions demonstrate the core values in the school's educational activities, aiming at responsible, intelligent, and loving citizens. At Albert Einstein, in addition to general education programs, once a month, students will participate in "Value Activities" with different topics such as: values of love, gratitude, kindness... From there, sow the seeds of humanistic values in them, creating conditions for comprehensive development in intelligence, physical strength, spirit and life skills".
Not only the two good actions above, recently, many students in Ha Tinh have promoted the spirit of responsibility, "young people do small things", multiplying thousands of good deeds in the community. Among them, we can mention some of the most recent events such as: On September 19, Nguyen Ngoc Diep - a student of class 12A1, Cu Huy Can High School (Mai Hoa commune) picked up a black leather wallet, which contained many important personal documents and a large amount of money. Ngoc Diep quickly informed her teachers and Mai Hoa commune police to return it to the owner, Nguyen Tuan Anh (born in 1996, residing in My Ngoc village, Mai Hoa commune). On September 4, Bui Duc Thanh Danh - a student of class 6B, Dau Lieu Primary and Secondary School (Nam Hong Linh ward) picked up a mobile phone, Samsung brand. After bringing it to the Nam Hong Linh Ward Police Station, the force verified and returned it to Ms. Pham Thi Cuc (TDP 5 Dau Lieu, Nam Hong Linh Ward).

In the first days of the new school year, beautiful stories and good deeds of Ha Tinh students have been spread, sowing in people's hearts the belief in kindness and humanity. The good deed of "picking up lost property and returning it to its owner" not only helps those who accidentally lost it find their precious property, but also serves as a "seed" for the "green shoots" to grow and become useful citizens for society.
