The Department for Building the Movement for National Security Protection (V05) of the Ministry of Public Security commends the students: Tran Anh Khang, Tran Van Duc, Nguyen Trong Giap, and Le Trong Bao An, students of Thuan Loc Primary and Secondary School (Nam Hong Linh Ward, Ha Tinh Province), for their commendable act of returning lost property to its owner.

Authorized by Department V05, this morning (October 20th), at the weekly flag-raising ceremony, the Nam Hong Linh Ward Police and the school's management board commended and awarded prizes to the students.

Previously, at 3:20 PM on May 22, 2025, while playing in the inter-village road area of ​​Thuan Giang village, Thuan Loc commune, Hong Linh town (formerly), Tran Anh Khang (born 2014), Tran Van Duc (born 2014), Nguyen Trong Giap (born 2014), all residing in Tan Hoa village, Thuan Loc commune, and Le Trong Bao An (born 2014, residing in Thuan Giang village, Thuan Loc commune), all 5B class students of Thuan Loc Primary and Secondary School, found an iPhone 11. Behind the phone case were two citizen identification cards bearing the names Tran Thi N. (born 1977) and Nguyen Ngoc Khanh V. (born 2023).

After finding the lost property, the children brought it to the Thuận Lộc Commune Police Station in Hồng Lĩnh town (formerly) to hand it over and asked the police to return it to the owner.

Immediately after finding the lost items, the group of students handed them over to the police so they could find the owner and return them.

Later that same day, the Thuan Loc Commune Police returned the iPhone 11 and two citizen identification cards to Ms. Tran Thi N. (born in 1977), residing in Thuan Son village, Thuan Loc commune, Hong Linh town (formerly).

The admirable actions of these students demonstrate honesty and kindness, contributing to the spread of positive values ​​about a sense of responsibility towards the community from a young age.
