Transfer of authority to resolve administrative procedures from the Department of Transport to the Department of Construction

(LĐ online) - On May 20, Chairman of Lam Dong Provincial People's Committee Tran Hong Thai signed a decision to transfer the authority to handle 66 administrative procedures from the provincial Department of Transport to the provincial Department of Construction.

Chairman of the Provincial People's Committee Tran Hong Thai worked with the Department of Construction after merging the two departments.

According to the decision, 66 administrative procedures related to vehicle inspection, roads, inland waterways, taxes and tourism will be transferred to the Lam Dong Provincial Department of Construction for handling.

Previously, on March 1, 2025, the Department of Construction of Lam Dong province officially came into operation based on the merger of the Department of Transport and the Department of Construction. The Department of Construction after the merger received the functions and tasks of both departments (except for the functions and tasks of state management of testing, granting of road motor vehicle driving licenses and granting of registration certificates and license plates for specialized motorbikes).
