Many times spending money and then taking it back "not according to principles"

Previously, speaking with Tuoi Tre Online , Mr. Trinh Viet Dung - Chairman of the Inspection Committee of Kim Thanh District Party Committee - said that the Inspection Committee of the District Party Committee had inspected and verified 7 contents of the accusation against the principal of Kim Lien Primary School.

The inspection process showed that the school's spending did not receive the approval of some teachers. "The school's practice of transferring incentive money to teachers and then taking it back is not in accordance with the principles," Mr. Dung affirmed.

According to Mr. Dung, the amount of money that the school collected from the teachers was spent by the school for general activities. The verification process determined that there were documents for the payment and the principal did not use it for personal purposes.

Mr. Dung said, from the shortcomings and violations, the District Party Committee's Inspection Committee requested the Kim Thanh District People's Committee to direct the organization of a review and take disciplinary action of job rotation against Ms. PTQ - accountant of Kim Lien Primary School.

For Mr. Nguyen Giang Nam - principal of Kim Lien Primary School - a party member, the District Party Committee's Inspection Committee will handle disciplinary action.

Speaking with Tuoi Tre Online on the afternoon of April 12, Mr. Vu Ngoc Uong - Deputy Secretary of the Party Committee, Chairman of the People's Committee of Kim Lien Commune, Kim Thanh District, Hai Duong Province - said that the Party Committee of Kim Lien Commune had held a meeting to review and clarify the responsibilities of Mr. Nguyen Giang Nam.

"The voting result showed that 11/11 votes agreed to propose disciplinary action of removing Mr. Nam from all positions in the Party," said Mr. Uong.

According to Mr. Uong, previously the District Party Committee's Inspection Committee also announced the results of the party membership vote in the Kim Lien Primary School Party cell for Mr. Nam, with more than 50% of the total votes agreeing to the proposal to remove Mr. Nam from all positions in the Party.

The principal of Kim Lien Primary School was accused of paying 1 million VND each to 44 staff and teachers on November 20, 2022. After transferring the money into the staff and teachers' accounts, the school asked the staff and teachers to return it to the treasurer.

After that, the school paid 20-11 money to 52 people including cadres, teachers, and employees, each person received 200,000 VND (cash) with the amount of 10.4 million VND. The remaining 33.6 million VND was for other expenses.

Regarding the payment for Lunar New Year 2023, on December 29, 2022, Kim Lien Primary School transferred 55.9 million VND to the accounts of 43 teachers, 1.3 million VND each.

The school then asked those who received the money to return it so that the school could pay the remaining debt to 52 cadres, teachers and employees, amounting to more than 24.5 million VND (in cash). The remaining amount for other expenses was more than 31.3 million VND.

On November 20, 2023, the school also transferred 1.5 million VND/person to the staff and teachers' accounts, then collected all of it, collecting a total of 70.5 million VND. The reason for the collection was because some teachers did not agree to sign for 1.5 million VND but only received 500,000 VND (had to return 1 million VND).

In addition, the principal of Kim Lien Primary School was also accused of delaying the payment of rewards to three students with excellent achievements who were awarded certificates of merit by the District People's Committee, along with a bonus of 450,000 VND/student; causing backlogs and delays in social insurance payments for a number of cadres, teachers, and employees.

After the People's Committee of Kim Thanh district received the information, it assigned the District Party Committee's Inspection Committee to inspect and clarify the matter.
