Fans waited until the last minute to watch Vietnam play Nepal.

Against an average opponent, the attraction of the match between Vietnam and Nepal in the qualifying round of Group F of the 2027 Asian Cup is insignificant before the ball rolls at 7:30 p.m.

On the afternoon of October 9, preparations for the match between Vietnam and Nepal were completed. From 3 p.m., security forces were deployed for more than 4 and a half hours.

A few fans were present near Binh Duong Stadium to drink coffee and rest before entering the stadium. The most numerous were still the "black market" ticket sellers outside on 30-4 Street.

Around 4pm, many spectators began to gather at the side gate of the stadium but the gate was not opened yet. Spectators had to wait for the stadium organizer to find someone with the key to open it before they could enter.

There weren't many spectators who had arrived early. The match was on a weekday. The atmosphere wasn't really lively. Inside the stadium, some of the stalls were starting to have customers.

The familiar sound of Vuvuzelas resounds. Many spectators are willing to pay 50,000 to 100,000 VND for a noisy cheering instrument.

Around 5:45 p.m., the Vietnamese and Nepalese teams arrived at the stadium one after another. Some Vietnamese players got off the bus wearing headphones, earplugs, and earplugs, so they couldn’t hear the fans calling their names.

The Nepal team is quite a "mystery". There are almost no notable players, except that coach Matt Ross revealed that most of the Nepalese players are unemployed.

By 6:45 p.m., the audience had only arrived at about one-third of the 18,250-seat capacity of Binh Duong Stadium. As the match approached, more and more spectators poured into the stadium.
