Opening the exhibition, Mr. Nguyen Dang Chuong, Director of the Vietnam Cultural and Art Exhibition Center, said: Hai Thuong Lan Ong Le Huu Trac is an outstanding son of his homeland Ha Tinh, who left behind a priceless medical heritage for posterity. He is a great physician, a culturalist, a teacher of medical theory and medical techniques, who has made great contributions to the development of traditional Vietnamese medicine. His book "Hai Thuong Y Tong Tam Linh", a research work, is considered a guideline for Vietnamese traditional medicine and a valuable asset recognized by the world . Artifacts, documents, books and materials such as the woodblocks “Hai Thuong Y Tong Tam Linh”, books on medicine, literature, history and philosophy: “Thuong Kinh Ky Su”, “Chau Ngoc Cach Ngon”, “Dao Luu Du Van Quyen”, “Y Hai Cau Nguyen” have brought eternal values, contributing to enriching the Vietnamese cultural identity and enhancing the position of Vietnamese medicine.

The exhibition displays 200 images, documents and artifacts and more than 200 valuable books, such as: Woodblocks "Hai Thuong Y Tong Tam Linh", books on medicine, literature, history and philosophy: "Thuong Kinh Ky Su", "Chau Ngoc Cach Ngon", "Dao Luu Du Van Quyen", "Y Hai Cau Nguyen" which have brought eternal values, contributing to enriching the cultural identity of Vietnam.

From valuable folk remedies, effective treatment methods, to a comprehensive approach between medicine and ethics and philosophy of life, Hai Thuong Lan Ong Le Huu Trac has demonstrated his timeless vision. His medical legacies have been and are being applied in practice today and forever. With great contributions in many fields, Hai Thuong Lan Ong Le Huu Trac was honored by UNESCO as a World Cultural Celebrity at the 42nd session on November 21, 2023.

In the series of activities to celebrate the 300th anniversary of Hai Thuong Lan Ong's birth, Ha Tinh also held activities such as: Exhibition "Famous physician Hai Thuong Lan Ong Le Huu Trac - life and career" in Huong Son district; the third national conference on Traditional Medicine and Pharmacy in Ha Tinh city; opening of the Radiation Therapy Area at Ha Tinh Provincial General Hospital and the Incense Offering Ceremony at the relic and tomb of Hai Thuong Lan Ong and the 300th anniversary of the birth of Famous physician Hai Thuong Lan Ong Le Huu Trac.
