In an effort to join hands with the community in sharing the difficulties faced by flood victims, Tam Huong Tourism and Trade Company Limited, Minh Xuan Ward (No. 526, 17/8 Street (opposite the Department of Justice)) is providing free meals to all delegations that come to and carry out tasks to support flood victims in Tuyen Quang.

For the second consecutive year, Tam Huong has maintained a special program running from October 5th to October 30th, 2025, committed to providing free meals . Each affordable meal menu is quite diverse and nutritious. The dishes are carefully selected, utilizing fresh, locally sourced ingredients such as pork, river fish, fresh river shrimp, and high-quality free-range chicken. Savory dishes are prepared in a traditional style, easy to eat and full of the flavors of home, such as braised pork and fish with tamarind or soy sauce; fragrant ginger-roasted free-range chicken; rustic braised pork with shrimp paste; and dishes made from beans such as bean curd in sauce or stuffed beans; crispy fried spring rolls; or refreshing stuffed bitter melon. To balance nutrition, the meals always include seasonal vegetables such as cabbage, chayote, pumpkin, and boiled or stir-fried bitter melon.

Sharing her motivation for maintaining the program, Ms. Phuc Thi Lan Huong, representative of Tam Huong Tourism and Trade Company Limited, expressed her deep empathy: “Our company has also been a victim, suffering heavy losses due to natural disasters. Therefore, we understand the difficulties and hardships that the people and relief teams face.”

The free meal is simple, heartwarming, and full of kindness.

It was this understanding that motivated Tam Huong not only to provide food but also to create a positive foundation, encouraging and calling on more charitable groups to come to Tuyen Quang . Ensuring a thoughtful, free meal helped relief teams reduce their financial burden, allowing them to focus all their resources and time on rescue and relief efforts.
