(BGDT) - From July 5 to 10, through the traffic surveillance camera system and technical equipment, Tan Yen District Police ( Bac Giang ) discovered and imposed "cold" penalties on 8 cases of traffic safety violations.

Including 6 cases of "failure to comply with traffic light signals" and 2 cases of "speeding", specifically:

1. For 6 cases of "failure to comply with traffic light signals"

- On July 5, 1 vehicle was detected in violation: Motorcycle with license plate 98H1-256.25.

- On July 6, 1 vehicle was detected in violation: Motorcycle with license plate 98K8-1510.

- On July 7, 2 vehicles were detected in violation: Motorcycle with license plate 98C1-183.87; 98H1-281.33.

- On July 9, 1 vehicle was detected in violation: Motorcycle with license plate 98H1-402.68.

- On July 10, 1 vehicle was detected in violation: Car with license plate 98A-162.04.

2. For 2 cases of "speeding":

- On July 8, 2 vehicles were detected in violation: Car with license plate 89A-115.14; 98C-105.61.

Tan Yen District Police request violators to come to the District Police headquarters, address: Pho Bui Residential Group, Cao Thuong Town (Tan Yen) or to the District Police where they reside to resolve the violation according to regulations.

After 20 days from the date of sending the notice of violation, if the violator does not come to resolve the violation or Tan Yen District Police has not received the notice of the resolution and handling results from the District Police where the violator resides, Tan Yen District Police will update information on the violating vehicle on the Electronic Information page of the Traffic Police Department and send a warning notice to the vehicle inspection agency (for vehicles required to be inspected).
