On July 21, at Area B, Dong Nai General Hospital (Tam Hiep Ward), the Provincial Voluntary Blood Donation Steering Committee in coordination with Cho Ray Blood Transfusion Center and Dong Nai 2 General Hospital Joint Stock Company organized a voluntary blood donation reception.

Nearly 300 individuals registered to donate blood voluntarily. After screening, 265 people were eligible to donate blood. The number of blood units received this time exceeded the target set by the Provincial Steering Committee for Voluntary Blood Donation by 15 units.

On this occasion, the Provincial Steering Committee for Voluntary Blood Donation commended and rewarded 50 typical individuals who donated blood many times and families with many members participating in voluntary blood donation.

(located in Long Thanh commune).

The factory of Topbank Smart Dong Nai Vietnam Co., Ltd. is under construction in phase 2 by Kim Chuyen Construction Engineering Co., Ltd. During the inspection, the delegation inspected the relevant documents, books and actual working conditions at the construction site; safety work for workers. Through the inspection, the delegation noted that the construction equipment was still within the inspection period, and that fire prevention and fighting measures were in place at the construction site. The company has established a Labor Safety and Health Board with 4 safety officers; labor protection equipment is provided for workers at the construction site and workers are fully trained in labor safety in groups.

The delegation requested the investor and construction units to review and post all safety signs and warnings at the construction site in easy-to-read and easy-to-see locations as prescribed; only workers who have been trained in occupational safety and health, have operating certificates, and have occupational safety cards are allowed to operate equipment with strict requirements on occupational safety. The delegation requested the investor and construction units to report the results of implementing the recommendations to the Department of Home Affairs before July 31, 2025.
