In order to improve the effectiveness of administrative reform and ensure publicity and transparency in the reception and settlement of administrative procedures, Ho Chi Minh City Police has just established a hotline to receive information and feedback from the people.
Accordingly, the hotline number of the Ministry of Public Security : 090.111.6789; hotline number of Ho Chi Minh City Police: 069.318.7255.
The hotline receives information related to negative and corrupt behavior of police officers and soldiers at points of receiving documents and handling administrative procedures in Ho Chi Minh City.
According to Ho Chi Minh City Police, all information reported to the hotline number will be kept absolutely confidential and handled seriously, objectively, and in accordance with the law.
Ho Chi Minh City Police hope that people will join in building a clean and strong police force, contributing to serving the people better and better.
Previously, at the conference to review the work of the first 6 months of 2025 of the administrative police force on social order of Ho Chi Minh City Police, Colonel Nguyen Dinh Duong, Deputy Director of Ho Chi Minh City Police, requested to strictly implement the reception and processing procedures according to the correct authority, ensuring no delays, no need for people to travel multiple times or have to present documents already in the data.
Colonel Duong emphasized that units must publicly post administrative procedures, on-duty phone numbers, and commune-level police commanders at headquarters and citizen reception points. The space for citizen reception must be solemn, clean, and have drinking water available for the people.
Regarding population data work, Colonel Nguyen Dinh Duong requested the implementation of solutions to connect and share common data to reduce paperwork requirements in administrative procedures, serving people and businesses in the spirit of serving all for the people.
