Vietnam's military engineers and medical staff continue to carry out UN peacekeeping missions.

At the end of September, Vietnam will continue to send two units, Level 2 Field Hospital No. 6 and Engineering Team No. 3, to participate in the United Nations Peacekeeping Operations. Despite having a lot of experience, the Ministry of National Defense still hopes that the departure ceremony of the two units will be prepared in the most complete and thoughtful way. On September 16, Senior Lieutenant General Phung Si Tan, Deputy Chief of the General Staff of the Vietnam People's Army, came to inspect this preparation work.
