(QBĐT) - On the morning of November 5, the Provincial People's Committee held a conference to announce the decision of the Chairman of the Provincial People's Committee on the transfer of a management official to the position of Chairman of the Provincial Cooperative Union. Attending were comrade Doan Ngoc Lam, member of the Provincial Party Standing Committee, Permanent Vice Chairman of the Provincial People's Committee and representatives of relevant departments, branches and units.

Accordingly, based on Notice No. 1335-TB/TU, dated October 17, 2024 of the Standing Committee of the Provincial Party Committee on introducing candidates for the position of Chairman of the Provincial Cooperative Union for the 6th term, 2020-2025 term; Notice No. 862/TB-BCH, dated October 25, 2024 of the Executive Committee of the Vietnam Cooperative Union on agreeing on the results of the election of additional members of the Executive Committee, members of the Standing Committee, Chairman of the Quang Binh Provincial Cooperative Union for the 6th term, 2020-2025 term, on October 30, the Chairman of the Provincial People's Committee signed Decision No. 3039/QD-UBND to transfer Ms. Dinh Thi Quynh Hoa, Vice Principal of Quang Binh Vocational College to take up the job and hold the position of Chairman of the Provincial Cooperative Union for the 6th term, 2020-2025 term from November 1, 2024.

Handing over the decision to the transferred cadres and giving instructions at the ceremony, Comrade Doan Ngoc Lam, Standing Vice Chairman of the Provincial People's Committee, hoped that Comrade Dinh Thi Quynh Hoa, in her new position, would continue to promote her experience and working capacity, together with the Executive Committee, Standing Committee, Standing Committee and cadres of the Provincial Cooperative Union to unite and build a strong unit.
Actively advise the Provincial Party Committee and the Provincial People's Committee in the work of leading, directing, supporting and promoting the development of the collective economic sector and cooperatives to increasingly develop, contributing to the successful implementation of the socio-economic development goals of the province. In particular, in the immediate future, it is necessary to focus on training and fostering a team of leaders and cooperative members with sufficient management capacity and legal knowledge related to cooperative activities.

The Standing Vice Chairman of the Provincial People's Committee also suggested that, based on the practical operations of cooperatives, the Provincial Cooperative Union, the Executive Board and the Standing Committee of the Provincial Cooperative Union should pay attention to building and developing cooperatives that are competitive enough in the market, bringing the cooperative movement of the province to a new level of development, meeting the requirements of innovation.
Speaking on receiving the assignment, comrade Dinh Thi Quynh Hoa thanked the Provincial Party Committee, Provincial People's Committee, and Vietnam Cooperative Alliance for their trust and assignment to her as Chairman of the Provincial Cooperative Alliance.
