BTO-On the afternoon of September 26, the Party Committee of the Provincial Agencies and Enterprises Bloc held a ceremony to receive and announce the establishment of the grassroots Party Committee of Binh Thuan Petroleum Company Limited.

The Standing Committee of the Party Committee of the Block decided to receive the Party Cell of Binh Thuan Petroleum Branch and Party members under the Party Committee of Ba Ria - Vung Tau Petroleum Company Limited to the Party Committee of the Block of Agencies and Enterprises of Binh Thuan Province. At the same time, it decided to establish the Party Cell of Binh Thuan Petroleum Company Limited, on the basis of upgrading the Party Cell of Binh Thuan Petroleum Branch under the Party Committee of the Block of Agencies and Enterprises of Binh Thuan Province.

Comrade Le Thi Hai Duyen - Provincial Party Committee member - Secretary of the Provincial Party Committee of Agencies and Enterprises presented the decision to establish the grassroots Party Committee of Binh Thuan Petroleum Company Limited.

Accordingly, the Party Committee of Binh Thuan Petroleum Company Limited has 2 subordinate Party cells with 43 Party members. The Party Committee of Binh Thuan Petroleum Company Limited officially operated from September 15, 2024. The Party Committee of the Bloc also appointed comrade Dang Trong Dien - Acting Chairman of the Company to hold the position of Party Committee Secretary; comrade Hoang Van Tuyen - Director of the Company to hold the position of Deputy Party Committee Secretary of the Company, term 2024 - 2025.

Comrade Le Thi Hai Duyen - Provincial Party Committee member - Secretary of the Party Committee of Provincial Agencies and Enterprises spoke at the ceremony.

Speaking at the ceremony, comrade Le Thi Hai Duyen - Secretary of the Party Committee of the Provincial Agencies and Enterprises Bloc requested the Party Committee of Binh Thuan Petroleum Company Limited to proactively develop the working regulations of the Party Committee, each Party cell and Party organization; assign tasks to each member of the Party Committee; each Party cell and Party member. At the same time, on the basis of the resolution of the Party cell congress for the 2022-2025 term and the actual conditions of the Company's Party Committee to develop a resolution of the Party Committee from now until the end of the term, clearly defining the targets, tasks and implementation solutions; accordingly, develop a work plan from now until the congress for the 2025-2030 term.

In addition, the company's Party Committee needs to lead the implementation of assigned targets and tasks, promote the exemplary role of Party members in performing tasks, constantly cultivate professional ethics, each cadre and Party member must thoroughly understand the viewpoints and business motto of the enterprise to advise and perform well assigned tasks, contributing to building the image and culture of the enterprise, enhancing the brand value of their unit in business. It is known that, implementing the Project of restructuring the Vietnam National Petroleum Group in the period of 2021 - 2025, with a vision to 2035; Binh Thuan Petroleum Branch under Ba Ria-Vung Tau Petroleum Company was decided by the Vietnam National Petroleum Group to separate to establish Binh Thuan Petroleum Company from July 1, 2024.
