According to the announced Decision, Lao Cai Provincial THADS belongs to the THADS Management Department, on the basis of reorganizing THADS agencies in Lao Cai province and Yen Bai province (old).
Lao Cai Provincial THADS performs the functions, tasks, and powers of THADS, monitors the execution of administrative judgments; manages the organization of staff, facilities, funds, and performs other tasks and powers according to the provisions of law and decentralization of the Minister of Justice.
Regarding personnel, Mr. Vuong Anh Tan, former Deputy Director of the Department of Natural Resources and Environment of Yen Bai province (old) was appointed to the position of Deputy Head of the Department of Natural Resources and Environment of Lao Cai province; Mr. Vu Truong Trinh, former Deputy Director of the Department of Natural Resources and Environment of Lao Cai province (old) was appointed to the position of Deputy Head of the Department of Natural Resources and Environment of Lao Cai province.
At the ceremony, Lao Cai Provincial THADS announced the decisions to appoint 4 heads of specialized departments (Department of Professional Affairs and THADS Organization; Department of Inspection, Complaints and Denunciations; Department of Finance and Accounting; Office) and 9 regional THADS departments; announced the decisions to appoint 27 deputy heads of specialized departments and regional THADS departments; announced the retirement decisions for former leaders of the THADS Department, leaders of specialized departments and branches.
Heads of specialized departments of THADS of Lao Cai province and regional THADS Departments received the appointment decision.
Previously, comrade Tran Van Tuong, former Director of the Department of Civil Judgment Enforcement of Yen Bai province (old) was appointed by the Ministry of Justice to hold the position of Head of the Department of Civil Judgment Enforcement of Lao Cai province from July 4.
Speaking at the assignment of tasks to the appointed comrades and outlining some tasks in the coming time, comrade Nguyen Quang Thai, Deputy Secretary of the Party Committee of the Ministry of Justice, congratulated the newly appointed comrades and congratulated the Lao Cai Provincial THADS.
