In the electric vehicle race, battery technology is the "heart" that determines the health, safety and experience of users. In the Vietnamese market, where consumers are increasingly knowledgeable and interested in technical criteria, Yadea is positioning itself not only by design but also by exclusive battery technology, rigorously tested from the production stage. "3-layer" inspection system and absolute safety philosophy.

A conversation with Mr. Thu Kinh Dong, General Director of Yadea Jinzhai Factory (Hunan, China), revealed the consistent production philosophy: "Our core value is to put the user at the center. That means safety must be put first. Each Yadea battery, before reaching the user, must go through a 3-layer quality control system: control of input materials, control of each assembly stage, and finally comprehensive inspection of the finished product. We have more than 260 testing equipment and 51 specialized laboratories to ensure that."

This information is clearly demonstrated at the Wuxi Research and Development Center (R&D) - which is considered the "innovation heart" of Yadea. Here, the Battery Performance Lab works tirelessly to test batteries in the harshest conditions, from high temperatures of up to 55°C to cold temperatures of minus 40°C, simulating all weather conditions in Vietnam.

In particular, safety tests such as puncture, compression and overload are carried out to ensure that the battery does not explode or catch fire in emergency situations.

Yadea does not rely on a single battery technology but pursues a diversification strategy to meet all demand segments. TTFAR Graphene Battery is a technology inherited and developed from traditional lead-acid batteries, but is greatly improved with graphene material.

Mr. Thu Kinh Dong said: "Our Graphene battery has a lifespan 3-5 times longer than conventional batteries, can withstand temperatures from -20°C to 55°C, and has a 24-month warranty. This is the optimal solution for ordinary customers, balancing cost, durability and safety."

This technology is particularly suitable for the Vietnamese market thanks to its good heat resistance and reasonable cost. Sodium-ion battery "Extreme Sodium No. 1": Dubbed as a "technology boost", Sodium-ion batteries target the high-end segment and high-demand services such as delivery.

Mr. Li Wen, Head of Battery R&D Department at Yadea Hangzhou Factory, shared in an interview with a specialized magazine: "The biggest advantage of Sodium-ion batteries is their inherent safety. They are much more stable and are less likely to lose control of temperature. In addition, the ability to quickly charge 80% of the battery in just 15 minutes and operate stably at -20°C (still maintaining 92% of the capacity) are outstanding advantages." The fast charging ecosystem and accompanying battery swapping station promise to bring an unprecedentedly convenient experience.

After a long time using Yadea, Mr. Tran Quang Huy (sales staff, 32 years old, Hanoi ) commented: "I chose Yadea because graphene battery technology is clearly advertised. My car runs continuously all day, charging every night. After more than a year, the battery is still very good, there is no phenomenon of battery failure or abnormal heating. I feel very secure." Ms. Nguyen Thi Mai (grocery store owner, 45 years old, Ho Chi Minh City) was impressed with the energy-saving feature: "Using Yadea, I find that the monthly electricity bill is much cheaper than the previous gas bill. I was carefully advised on how to charge the battery properly, now I just charge it fully and then unplug it, never charging overnight. The car runs smoothly, does not make noise, very suitable for moving in alleys."

Meanwhile, Mr. Do Manh Cuong (shipper, 28 years old, Da Nang ) - one of the first people to experience the Natri-ion battery car line in Vietnam, excitedly said: "The best thing is the fast charging. Now between delivery shifts, I only need to take 15-20 minutes for the battery to be almost full, without having to wait as long as before. In hot summer or cold rainy winter, the car still runs stably, without worrying about the battery running out quickly."

It can be seen that Yadea's journey to conquer the Vietnamese market does not stop at introducing products, but also involves a thorough investment in core technology, transparency in the production process and a focus on the actual user experience. With two pillars of Graphene and Sodium-ion battery technology, Yadea is providing Vietnamese consumers with flexible, safe and sustainable options, contributing to the creation of a reliable green transportation ecosystem./.
