The total area of replanted rubber is over 214 hectares; the area of basic construction gardens is 1,631 hectares. The total exploited output is 7,201 tons; the total processed rubber output is 8,772 tons of various types of rubber latex; the total revenue is over 496 billion VND and the state budget is paid over 73 billion VND.

In recent times, although the Company's production and business situation has encountered many difficulties, with the timely annual support and direction of the Vietnam Rubber Industry Group and the Board of Directors, the Company has flexibly implemented many solutions to ensure the highest production and business efficiency; arranged, assigned, stabilized jobs and taken good care of the lives of 1,019 employees.
Up to now, the average income of employees is more than 10 million VND/person/month, nearly 2.4 million VND higher than in 2020. Policies, mid-shift meal allowances, plan completion bonuses and holiday and Tet bonuses have been fully implemented.

Speaking at the conference, Mr. Pham Hai Duong, Deputy General Director of Vietnam Rubber Industry Group (Chairman of the Board of Directors of Ba Ria Rubber Joint Stock Company) acknowledged the efforts and solidarity of the Company's staff and employees in overcoming difficulties to complete the goals and tasks assigned by superiors. At the conference, Ba Ria Rubber Joint Stock Company launched an emulation movement and passed the resolution of the 2025 Labor Conference. On this occasion, 87 collectives and individuals with outstanding achievements were commended and rewarded by the Vietnam Rubber Group, the Vietnam Rubber Trade Union and the Company.
