BHG - Ha Giang Water Supply and Sewerage Joint Stock Company has just held the General Meeting of Shareholders for the third term (2025 - 2030). Attending were comrade Ngo Xuan Nam, Provincial Party Committee member, Deputy Secretary of the Provincial People's Committee Party Committee.

During the past term, the activities of Ha Giang Water Supply and Sewerage Joint Stock Company have had many positive changes, revenue has continuously increased over the years; the lives, jobs and income of workers have been stable and gradually improved; the quality of water supply to meet the needs of people in Ha Giang city has been gradually improved. Of the 8 targets of the Resolution of the Congress for the 2020 - 2025 term, up to now, the company has completed and exceeded 8/8 targets. Some outstanding results achieved during the past term include: Total production water output reached more than 17.8 million m3 ; commercial water output reached over 14 million m3 ; total revenue reached over 140 billion VND; paid to the state budget over 16 billion VND; developed more than 2,200 new customers, bringing the total number of customers of the company to more than 14,200 customers.

In the 2025 - 2030 term, Ha Giang Water Supply and Sewerage Joint Stock Company continues to innovate its leadership methods associated with digital transformation in the enterprise, in line with the economic development of the province, completing production and business goals and tasks; focusing on leading the implementation of political tasks and production and business tasks. In addition, the company continues to promote the spirit of solidarity of officers and employees in the company; actively build a team of qualified, competent and ethical staff to perform well the tasks; preserve the capital allocated by the State and the capital contributed by shareholders; ensure and improve the lives of employees; fully perform obligations to the State and regimes for employees.

At the congress, the company's shareholders voted to elect the Board of Directors and the Board of Supervisors. At the first meeting of the Board of Directors and the Board of Supervisors, with a high number of votes of confidence, Mr. Nguyen Vinh Phu was elected to continue to hold the position of Chairman of the Board of Directors for the third term (2025 - 2030); Mr. Bui Quang Hung was elected to hold the position of Head of the Board of Supervisors.
