Xuan Cuong Company is a typical enterprise of the province in the field of exploitation and business of wharf and logistics services in the Huu Nghi International Border Gate area. Ms. Nguyen Thi Phuong, Permanent Deputy General Director of Xuan Cuong Company, said: The digital transformation process is divided into 3 specific stages by the company: digitizing internal processes and training personnel, building digital culture; integrating systems and implementing security, risk management; building a digital ecosystem and applying advanced technologies in AI and Big Data to optimize operations. On that basis, since 2022, the company has deployed a number of applications in information, human resources and transaction management.
Specifically, Xuan Cuong Company has successfully converted paper service registration to Xuan Cuong application - Digital Transaction with 3 benefits "Fast - Simple - Convenient". In addition, the company has launched the application "Team App" to record and monitor the process of performing the transfer service to analyze labor efficiency, transfer capacity... At the same time, the company also established a Steering Committee for Digital Transformation and a Digital Technology Center to monitor and evaluate the operation of digital platforms after they are applied to promptly make appropriate adjustments.
Mr. Nguyen Xuan Tam, Director of Technology of Xuan Cuong Company said: As planned, in 2025, we will launch a virtual assistant system to manage customer information, financial management... In addition, the company is continuing to research and apply new technology, applying artificial intelligence in production activities. Overall, to date, the company has achieved about 80% of the digital transformation plan.

Being "ahead of the curve" in digital transformation has brought about clear results in the production activities of Xuan Cuong Company. In 2024, the company's revenue will reach over 500 billion VND, an increase of 5% compared to 2023; contributing over 97 billion VND to the budget and creating stable jobs for nearly 700 employees with an average income of over 14 million VND/person/month. In 2025, the company continues to set a revenue growth target of 8-12%. To achieve the above goal, the company continues to promote comprehensive digital transformation in all stages of operation, especially the deployment of applications to support online payment and transactions instead of cash payments.
