Phu Tho Power Company announces

Regarding the restructuring and merger of Hoa Binh Power Company and Vinh Phuc Power Company into Phu Tho Power Company, and the change in the operating model of district, city, and town power companies to a regional power management team model.

Accordingly, the district, city, and town power companies under the former Vinh Phuc Power Company, Hoa Binh Power Company, and Phu Tho Power Company will be transformed into regional power management teams under the new Phu Tho Power Company from July 1, 2025.

Phu Tho Power Company would like to respectfully inform our valued customers that: From July 1st, 2025, we will be changing all bank account names for electricity bill payments as follows:

- Previous account holder name: District, city, and town power companies.

- New account holder name: Phu Tho Power Company - Branch of Northern Power Corporation.

- Bank account numbers: Unchanged.
