Company in Dong Nai 'treats' more than 42,000 workers to free trip to Da Lat

On August 7, Mr. Dang Tuan Tu, Chairman of the Trade Union of Changshin Vietnam Co., Ltd., said that the company has decided to organize a free tour in Da Lat City (Lam Dong) for more than 42,000 workers.

This is part of the company's annual welfare program, to show gratitude and encourage the working spirit of the staff.

Specifically, the Executive Committee of the grassroots trade union in coordination with the Board of Directors will organize a trip for all workers at 3 factories in Vinh Cuu, Long Thanh and Tan Phu districts ( Dong Nai ) to travel to Da Lat city.

According to Mr. Tu, workers will travel for 3 days and 2 nights, visit and have fun at famous tourist attractions, participate in fun gala programs...

According to Mr. Tu, this is the second time the company has organized a tour to Da Lat for workers. Due to the large number of workers, the tour plan will be divided into many phases. Each phase is expected to have from 12,000 to 15,000 workers, starting from September this year; the remaining phases will continue to be organized in 2025 and 2026.

The union's funding includes bus fares, meals, and accommodations, with an estimated cost of more than 20 billion VND.

It is known that Changshin Vietnam Co., Ltd specializes in processing leather shoes for export to Nike Group.
