Regularly organize training and professional activities on infectious diseases for medical staff at the unit, including the content on diagnosis, treatment and prevention to improve detection and treatment capacity. Maintain line-level guidance activities and provide technical expertise to lower-level units to detect cases early, provide timely treatment, limit unnecessary referrals, and help limit the spread of the epidemic in the community.

Medical centers of districts and cities organize monitoring, timely detection and thorough handling of outbreaks of infectious diseases occurring in areas affected by storms, floods, landslides; focus on implementing proactive preventive measures to ensure safety when floods occur, measures to prevent accidents, epidemics, ensure food safety, environmental sanitation during the storm and flood season of health agencies and authorities. Promote communication on the prevention and control of infectious diseases, recommendations on disease prevention and control measures before and during floods, storms, and floods according to the instructions of the Ministry of Health in communities, schools, medical facilities, industrial parks and crowded places...
