V-Green Company has proposed a two-phase implementation roadmap. Accordingly, in October 2025, the company will pilot the survey and installation of electric vehicle charging stations and electric motorbike battery exchange cabinets at key locations, such as: agency headquarters, bus stations, train stations, airports, hospitals, schools, shopping centers, and concentrated residential areas. In November 2025, the installation will be expanded to wards and communes, aiming for a network of electric vehicle charging stations covering the entire province.
Regarding funding, the company commits to investing entirely from socialized sources, not using the state budget. Vingroup /Vinhomes will be the construction unit; the Provincial Traffic Management and Operation Center will supervise the implementation process. Currently, V-Green Company operates more than 150,000 charging stations nationwide, of which 65,000 are for electric cars. By 2030, the company aims to develop 300,000 charging points and electric motorbike battery exchange cabinets, covering the whole country.
