The 1st Congress of Delegates of the Farmers' Association of Dien Khanh Commune

On the afternoon of October 21, the Farmers' Association of Dien Khanh commune held its first Congress for the 2025-2030 term. Comrade Phan Thi Ngan Hanh, Vice Chairwoman of the Provincial Vietnam Fatherland Front Committee, Chairwoman of the Provincial Farmers' Association; leaders of Dien Khanh commune and 50 delegates representing 2,446 farmer members in the commune attended.

During the past term, the association's work and the farmers' movement in Dien Khanh commune have achieved outstanding results, contributing positively to the local socio -economic development. Especially the formation of models of rice seed production, growing green-skinned grapefruit, raising goats for breeding, and raising free-range chickens. The commune has 1,500 farmer households achieving the title of good production and business at all levels. The association has actively mobilized socialized resources to carry out practical projects. A typical example is the mobilization of contributions to invest in the "countryside lighting" power system on the roads in the area. At the same time, the "Flower Route" model of more than 500m and the "Flag Route" of 1,200m were deployed, contributing to the completion of the goals of the new rural program.

During the term, the association admitted 149 new members, bringing the total number of members to 2,446; mobilized the establishment of 4 professional associations, and guided members to install the Vietnamese Farmer app with 1,566 activated accounts.

In the 2025 - 2030 term, the Commune Farmers' Association strives to recruit 250 new members; 100% of branches have association funds; establish 1 - 2 professional association groups/year; establish at least 1 professional association branch; increase the Farmers' Support Fund by an average of 5%/year or more; annually have 60% or more of farming households register to strive and 50% or more of registered households achieve the title of good production and business at all levels; strive for 100% of branches and grassroots associations to complete their tasks well or better; mobilize 100% of members and farmers to carry out environmental protection tasks, build 2 models of environmental protection and adaptation to climate change...

Leaders of the Provincial Farmers' Association and Dien Khanh commune congratulated the Executive Committee of the Dien Khanh Commune Farmers' Association for the 2025 - 2030 term.

The Congress announced the decisions of the Standing Committee of the Provincial Farmers' Association to appoint personnel for the Executive Committee, Standing Committee, Chairman and Vice Chairman of the Farmers' Association of Dien Khanh commune for the 2025 - 2030 term. Accordingly, the Executive Committee of the Farmers' Association of Dien Khanh commune, term I, consists of 31 members. Mr. Le Tien Phong, Vice Chairman of the Vietnam Fatherland Front Committee of Dien Khanh commune, was appointed to hold the position of Chairman of the Farmers' Association of Dien Khanh commune for the 2025 - 2030 term.
