Previously, at around 9:00 a.m. on June 17, a working group of Traffic Police Team No. 6 (Traffic Police Department of Hanoi City Police) led by Major Vu Trung Duc, while patrolling and controlling on Pham Hung Street (Nam Tu Liem District, Hanoi), discovered a child standing near My Dinh bus station, crying a lot and feeling worried.

Upon approaching and asking, the working group was told by the child that he was lost from his parents but could not remember any family information and only knew that he was studying at Nguyen Du Primary School.
After quickly reporting to the unit commander, the traffic police team immediately took the child to the headquarters to rest and take care of him and urgently verified the information. At around 10:30 a.m. the same day, the police were able to contact the child's family.
Hugging her child happily, Ms. NTT (born in 1978) said that this morning she took her son, NMĐ., to play at Hanoi Children's Palace, branch 2 (No. 17 Pham Hung) but unfortunately lost him. The family was very worried and searched all around the Children's Palace but could not find him, so they reported to the ward police for help. The tension and anxiety were only relieved after a phone call from the officer of Traffic Police Team No. 6.
On behalf of the whole family, Ms. NTT wrote a thank you letter to Traffic Police Team No. 6 as well as the officers who directly helped NMĐ, thereby spreading the beautiful and humane image of the Capital Traffic Police force in the hearts of the people.
