The "Youth Patrol Team" of the Hue City Police Youth Committee conducts night patrols on the central streets.

On weekend nights, the "Youth Patrol Team" of the City Police's Youth Department regularly sets out on duty. The lights from their specialized vehicles sweep across central streets, border areas, and key locations for security and public order.

The task force members are young officers and soldiers from various professional units such as traffic police, riot police, criminal police, and drug crime investigation police… Despite their different jobs, they all share the same pioneering spirit and sense of responsibility of young people in the people's police force.

Throughout their patrol shifts, the task forces continuously moved through numerous streets, focusing on controlling crowded areas and locations with a high risk of traffic safety and public order violations. The working atmosphere was always urgent and serious.

Major Tran Anh Tien, Head of the Youth Committee of the Hue City Police, said that the "Three Best" emulation movement is being implemented by the unit in close connection with the specific tasks of youth union members at the grassroots level. "We believe that youth union members must be the leading force in complying with regulations, demonstrating a sense of responsibility, and serving the people. The 'Three Best' movement is not just a slogan but must be demonstrated through concrete actions, from professional work to daily activities that benefit the people," Major Tran Anh Tien stated.

What is easily noticeable about the young officers on patrol shifts is not only their professional and disciplined demeanor but also their approachability towards the people. Besides their duties of controlling the area, the task forces also take the time to remind people to protect their property, assist those who encounter problems on the road, or guide tourists when needed. These seemingly small actions contribute to building a positive image of friendly and responsible police officers in the hearts of the people and tourists.

The "Three Best" emulation movement of the youth of the Hue City Police Department is not only present on the streets but also strongly spreads to the grassroots level, linked to social welfare and community outreach activities.

During the peak period of issuing identity cards and electronic identification for children aged 6 to under 14, members of the Hoa Chau Ward Police actively assisted residents in completing administrative procedures. Many young officers voluntarily worked overtime, including evenings and weekends, to guide parents in filling out information, organizing documents efficiently , and reducing waiting times for residents.

According to Major Tran Anh Tien, the most valuable aspect of the "Three Best" movement is the self-awareness and proactive spirit of the youth union members at the grassroots level. From overnight patrols and assisting citizens with administrative procedures to simple community outreach activities in everyday life, all demonstrate a positive transformation in the awareness and actions of the city's young police officers.

"We hope that each youth union member will not only perform their professional duties well but also truly become a close bridge between the police force and the people. When the people trust and cooperate with them, the work of ensuring security and order will be more effective," Major Tran Anh Tien emphasized.

The "Three Best: Most Disciplined - Most Loyal - Closest to the People" emulation movement is being concretized by the young police officers of Hue City through practical actions every day. Without fanfare or ostentation, these young officers are quietly contributing to maintaining peace and security for the people. At the same time, they are spreading a positive image of the courageous, responsible, dedicated, and people-oriented police officers in their homeland.
