Young author Nguyen Thanh Tuat
Author Nguyen Thanh Tuat recently had an interesting meeting with readers at Ho Chi Minh City Book Street, introducing the work Just breathe, tomorrow we will still live.
If in his first book Youth Journey published in 2022, Nguyen Thanh Tuat talked a lot about success and happiness, about ways for a person to have more confidence to overcome limits and reach the peaks, about the thoughts that a person in the days of pursuing success still feels at peace, then with Just Breathe, Tomorrow I Will Live Again are diary pages, articles, dialogues between one side is "me" - with surging emotions - and the other side is also "me", a rational, steadfast me through which "me" is gradually healed.
Explaining the reason for choosing the title of the book Just Breathe, Tomorrow We Will Still Live , Nguyen Thanh Tuat said: "I personally think that the smallest unit of those efforts is the breath. For those who are experiencing inner turmoil, this title is like a message of faith and hope that everything will be okay. Or even if it is not okay, everyone can find a way to dialogue and face each emotion in their hearts."
The work Just breathe, tomorrow we will still live is published by Ho Chi Minh City General Publishing House.
"Even if things go wrong, they can still calmly face every emotion in their hearts," author Nguyen Thanh Tuat confided.
The new book is also a message and confidence from both familiar and unfamiliar people when the author shares about his journey and emotions. "I also want to send them faith and hope that everything will be okay. I hope they can find meaning in every event that happens in life and appreciate even negative emotions. By doing so, even if things are not okay, they can still calmly face every emotion in their hearts," author Nguyen Thanh Tuat confided.
During the period when he was in turmoil, Nguyen Thanh Tuat learned how to face each type of emotion flowing through his mind. "I observed it coming but did not try to control it, impose it or judge it. Then I separated myself from the rushing flow, quietly watched it and waited for it to pass. I spent time on trips to enrich my life experience. Through experiences, I changed my perspective, reviewed my cognitive patterns and accepted what was happening to me without focusing on analyzing right or wrong."

The book is not to advise you to do the same as the author if you are also experiencing similar psychological problems, because only you yourself understand your situation best. Thanh Tuat only hopes that, "in times of pressure with work or relationships, books can become 'a person' to listen and accompany you through all those emotions - just like the way we used to accompany each other". And the author hopes that "tomorrow will be a new life for you, for me, for all of us".
Because, as the title of the book says: "Just breathe, tomorrow you will still live".
