At the conference, voters in Que Son district reported that many rural road projects were under construction, causing difficulties in travel; some irrigation works were wasted before being put into use; many medical stations were degraded but had not been invested in to take care of people's health.
In addition, voters reported that administrative procedures are still complicated and slow; many resettlement areas and residential areas such as Dong Phu market area and Moc Bai market area have not been completed for many years...
Explaining to voters, a representative of the Que Son District People's Committee said that the resettlement project of Dong Phu market area was behind schedule because people had not yet agreed on compensation; the "suspended" project of Moc Bai market area was waiting for instructions from the provincial authorities to remove it.
The construction of 3 resettlement areas for emergency evacuation of people from landslide areas is almost completed and the delay is due to lack of land for construction; some pumping stations have not been able to function due to lack of water supply from Phu Ninh Lake.
Que Son District People's Committee also explained that Que Phu Commune Health Station cannot be built for the locality because the Department of Health does not agree with the policy. Some rural roads are currently being mobilized by the people to widen the roadbed and in the future, investment will be made in concrete road surfaces when funds are allocated.
Many irrigation projects cannot be constructed due to lack of earth quarries for construction. Route DH16 is still unfinished because it cannot be expanded along the current route because it can easily cause landslides and will be built along a new route, when the weather is favorable, the road surface will be concreted...
Chairman of the Provincial People's Committee Le Van Dung - Head of the Provincial National Assembly Delegation acknowledged that the opinions and recommendations of voters were valid and requested the Department of Natural Resources and Environment and the People's Committee of Que Son district to promptly receive and resolve them. Regarding opinions under the jurisdiction of the province, the Central Government, and the National Assembly such as policies for people with meritorious services, policies to support the removal of temporary housing, benefits on social insurance regimes, etc., the Provincial National Assembly Delegation will receive and recommend them to competent authorities.
Regarding the arrangement and streamlining of the organizational apparatus, delegate Le Van Dung informed that the Central Government is working hard and is expected to complete the plan in the first quarter of 2025. The delegate asked people to be alert to inaccurate and unverified information on the arrangement of provincial administrative units on social networks.
Regarding the Ba Ren River embankment project, delegate Le Van Dung said that the Provincial People's Committee will propose to the Central Government to implement it with the goal of preventing natural disasters and stabilizing people's lives; the Loc Dai reservoir project will gradually remove obstacles.
Regarding the procedures for granting land use right certificates to people, delegate Le Van Dung requested relevant agencies to work responsibly and promptly within the prescribed time, avoiding harassment and "soaking" of people's files.
