In addition, voters reported that administrative procedures are still complicated and slow; many resettlement areas and residential areas such as Dong Phu market area and Moc Bai market area have not been completed for many years...

Explaining to voters, a representative of the Que Son District People's Committee said that the resettlement project of Dong Phu market area was behind schedule because people had not yet agreed on compensation; the "suspended" project of Moc Bai market area was waiting for instructions from the provincial authorities to remove it.

The construction of 3 resettlement areas for emergency evacuation of people from landslide areas is almost completed and the delay is due to lack of land for construction; some pumping stations have not been able to function due to lack of water supply from Phu Ninh Lake.
