Vietnam National Administration of Tourism inspects tourist accommodation in Khanh Hoa province

On October 16 and 17, a delegation from the Vietnam National Tourism Administration led by Director Nguyen Trung Khanh inspected compliance with legal regulations and quality assurance of tourist accommodation establishments in Khanh Hoa province. Also attending were leaders of the Department of Culture, Sports and Tourism; and representatives of the Department of Foreign Security.

During the inspection, the delegation worked on the maintenance of technical facilities; labor force; environmental sanitation; fire prevention, fire fighting, security and order; appraisal and recognition of tourist accommodation establishments; review and inspection of tourist accommodation business conditions, especially the issue of ensuring security and safety for tourists... In addition, the delegation inspected and evaluated the operational status of 1 to 5 star tourist accommodation establishments in the province.

Working scene.

According to the report of the Department of Culture, Sports and Tourism, up to now, the whole province has 1,441 tourist accommodation establishments with more than 70,500 rooms; of which there are 107 accommodation establishments from 3 to 5 stars with 28,296 rooms, accounting for more than 40% of the total number of rooms in the province... To improve the quality of accommodation service business activities, in 2025, the Department of Culture, Sports and Tourism regularly organizes propaganda classes, disseminates tourism laws and related legal documents to raise awareness and sense of law compliance of organizations and individuals doing tourism business in the province; at the same time, requires businesses doing tourism accommodation services to have investment and upgrading plans to maintain the quality of facilities, equipment, and services for tourists...
