Emulation Cluster No. VIII includes 6 Departments of Natural Resources and Environment of the following provinces: Long An, Tien Giang, Vinh Long, Dong Thap, Ben Tre and Tra Vinh. In 2024, the Department of Natural Resources and Environment of Long An province is the Head of Emulation Cluster No. VIII.
