According to the general assessment, the contestants all made serious investments, promoting their abilities and strengths in the contests.
The Organizing Committee of the Contest for Excellent Party Cell Secretaries of Cluster 5 awarded certificates and flowers to congratulate candidate Vi Hoai Nam, Deputy Secretary of the Provincial Employment Service Center under the Party Committee of the Department of Labor, Invalids and Social Affairs, for winning First Prize.

At the end of the contest, the Organizing Committee awarded 1 first prize, 1 second prize, 2 third prizes and 4 consolation prizes. Among them, contestant Vi Hoai Nam, Deputy Secretary of the Provincial Employment Service Center Party Cell under the Party Committee of the Department of Labor, War Invalids and Social Affairs won the first prize.
