In addition to constantly improving security technology for banking products and services, Agribank always focuses on coordination with authorities, enhancing information exchange on fraud forms, characteristics, signs of recognition, identifying fraud crimes to appropriate assets through banking transactions, as well as measures and procedures to prevent and coordinate with authorities.
Recently, the Youth Union of Agribank Representative Office in the Southern Region in collaboration with the Youth Department of Ho Chi Minh City Police organized a training conference to raise awareness of cybercrime prevention and combat and to disseminate and guide the use of the Ho Chi Minh City Digital Citizen application. The program was attended by representatives of Ho Chi Minh City Police Department's professional departments and 35 Agribank units in Ho Chi Minh City.
Speaking at the opening of the Conference, Deputy Head of the Southern Representative Office Pham Trung Kien said that for many years, Agribank has always been the core of close coordination with the Ho Chi Minh City Police in implementing the movement "All people protect national security", contributing to maintaining security, order and safety in banking activities. Mr. Pham Trung Kien suggested that Agribank officials and youth union members attending the training session consider this a premise, to continue to proactively propagate more widely in the unit, especially to customers and partners, to build an environment for safe and modern banking activities.
