In order to carry out the political tasks of 2023, the Party Committee of the Bloc and the Party Committees of the Party organizations have focused on leading the implementation of resolutions, programs and plans deployed since the beginning of the year, combined with the implementation of tasks directed by the superior sector; while paying attention to promoting key and basic tasks, along with orientations to resolve existing difficulties in units... From there, agencies and enterprises have many practical solutions, overcoming difficulties, enhancing responsibility, so the basic tasks have been completed.

The ideological situation of cadres, party members, civil servants, public employees and workers (CBĐVCCVC-NLĐ) in the Bloc is stable; strictly comply with the Party's guidelines and the State's policies and laws. During the year, the Bloc Party Committee organized and coordinated the organization of political theory training courses, awareness of the Party, political theory for new party members, knowledge updating training for cadres under the management of the Bloc Party Committee Standing Committee; training on party fees for grassroots party committees and party committees of party cells directly under the grassroots party committees.

The Party Committee of the Bloc and the grassroots have strictly carried out inspection and supervision work; seriously developed a plan to implement the 2023 theme, the content of the activities closely followed the instructions of the Provincial Party Committee's Propaganda Department. Well implemented mass mobilization work within agencies, units, and enterprises, contributing to improving the quality of government mass mobilization work; propagated and mobilized civil servants, public employees, and workers to well fulfill their responsibility of mobilizing the people.
Party committees at all levels have implemented synchronous measures to prevent and combat corruption, declare and publicize assets and income, transfer of work positions, reform administrative procedures, and publicize activities in agencies and units. Attention has been paid to the direction of inspection and supervision of the settlement of complaints and denunciations related to acts of corruption.

Regarding the work of developing party members, 199/160 new party members were admitted during the year (reaching 124.37%), bringing the total number of current party members of the Party Committee of the Bloc to 5,332 party members (2,037 female party members). Continuing to implement Project 03 of the Provincial Party Committee Standing Committee on strengthening the building of Party organizations and developing party members in non-state enterprises, in 2023, the Party Committee established 4 new affiliated party cells in Tan Huong Industrial Park, increasing the Provincial Industrial Park Party Committee to 12 affiliated party cells, with 118 party members.
Take care to consolidate and build mass organizations associated with building strong enterprises; improve material and spiritual life, ensure employment, income and protect the legitimate rights and interests of workers. Pay attention to social security work, coordinate in performing the task of protecting political security and maintaining social order and safety.

At the conference, representatives of Party committees, Party cells and organizations had many opinions and recommendations to remove difficulties and obstacles; shared and proposed solutions to effectively implement tasks in 2024 as well as complete the targets for the 2020-2025 term.
Standing Deputy Secretary of the Provincial Party Committee, Chairman of the Provincial People's Council Vo Van Binh acknowledged and highly appreciated the results achieved by the Party Committee of the Bloc in 2023. At the same time, comrade Vo Van Binh emphasized: The results of the implementation of the tasks in 2024 are extremely important, therefore, he requested that the Party Committee of the Bloc continue to closely follow the goals and tasks of the resolutions of the Party Congresses at all levels for the 2020-2025 term, improve the quality of Party building work, innovate leadership methods; well implement the resolutions on strengthening and consolidating grassroots party organizations and improving the quality of party members in the new period.
