Accordingly, VNPT Group also maintains silent construction teams in localities, deploying synchronized solutions to ensure the smooth and efficient flow of data and online application processing without interruption, making a significant contribution to the success of the provincial-level administrative unit merger process and the operation of a two-tiered government system from July 1st.
A quiet journey through the vast wilderness…
To ensure the infrastructure, digital platform, and information systems are synchronized during the province merger process, at 4 PM on July 2nd, 16 engineers from 4 technical teams of VNPT Lam Dong, divided into three construction teams, departed from Da Lat along National Highway 27 (190 km), from Bao Loc along National Highway 28 (110 km), and from Da Teh along National Highway 55 (130 km) to Gia Nghia to repair and upgrade the severely degraded video conferencing equipment in the former Dak Nong province , which no longer met the required quality standards. After 15 hours of "operation" with VNPT Dak Nong's technical staff, the dismantling and reassembly of equipment, network configuration, and coordination with local authorities were carried out step by step with precision and timeliness.
Mr. Trinh Anh Tuan, Director of VNPT Lam Dong Operations Center, shared: "By 3:00 AM on July 3rd, the last connection point in Dak Mil was clearly visible, all 28 connection points announced they were 'online,' and the Lam Dong Provincial Video Conferencing Center lit up, bringing with it an outpouring of joy. Tired faces after a long, sleepless night now shone with happiness."
The new system operates smoothly, with audio and video exceeding expectations, ready to support management and operational activities from the very first moments of the new day. At the same time, the transmission lines are uninterrupted, connecting with the central and provincial levels, ready to serve the Government's online video conference with localities on the afternoon of July 3rd… All of this is not just a story about technology, but also a testament to the unity, sense of responsibility, and resilience of the VNPT team.
Integrate a single "window".
From July 1st, 2025, the National Public Service Portal will officially become a single "window" serving citizens and businesses. This means that from July 1st, all provincial and city-level public service portals will be integrated into the National Public Service Portal. This is a key strategic development, marking a major turning point in efforts to reform administrative procedures, aiming to improve service efficiency and provide a convenient and transparent experience for citizens and businesses.
To date, Lam Dong province has connected to the National Public Service System (DVCQG), payment via the DVCQG portal, the population database, interconnected public services, civil registration - justice system, and the Land Management System (ILIS); and connected to and used payment services on the DVCQG portal (NAPAS)... From July 1st to July 12th, Lam Dong recorded over 175,000 out of 259,000 online applications, with a full online public service delivery rate of over 35.35%, and a partial online public service delivery rate of 56.69%... higher than the national average (24.97% and 36.78%). Based on customer feedback and suggestions, VNPT Lam Dong is striving to further improve online synchronization with the systems of various sectors, localities, and the DVCQG portal to become a seamless, centralized, and comprehensive "one-stop shop"...
Mr. Ho Quang Hue, Director of VNPT Lam Dong, stated: "In parallel with the operation of the National Public Service Portal at the central level, VNPT Lam Dong has always been a partner in supporting localities in deploying administrative procedure resolution systems, document management systems, and operational systems. In particular, in each commune and ward, VNPT Lam Dong assigns two permanent engineers to directly guide and support local officials during the period of closing the provincial/city Public Service Portal and connecting to the National Public Service Portal; ensuring a stable national data flow, helping the two levels of government operate seamlessly and smoothly from July 1, 2025; contributing to ensuring that citizens and businesses can use online public services conveniently and safely; and affirming VNPT Group's pivotal role in building a digital government."
