Construction of the project to upgrade and expand National Highway 28B will begin at the end of March.

BTO- According to information from Project Management Board 5 (the project management unit), the project to upgrade and expand National Highway 28B, 69 km long, through Binh Thuan province (51 km) and Lam Dong province (18 km), is expected to start construction at the end of March 2024.

This project has a total investment of more than 1,400 billion VND from the state budget, roadbed width of 12 m, road surface of 11 m, design speed of 60 - 80 km/h, expected to be completed in 2026.

National Highway 28B connecting the two provinces of Binh Thuan and Lam Dong is currently seriously degraded and does not ensure traffic safety. People hope to soon upgrade and expand National Highway 28B to strengthen the connection between the three tourist centers of Ho Chi Minh City, Binh Thuan, and Lam Dong, after the expressway from Dau Giay to Vinh Hao is built.
