The annual tournament continues to be a useful playground for children, an opportunity for Viettel The Cong Club to search, discover and create conditions for talented young football players to develop into professional players. Viettel Cup 2025 has the participation of 20 teams from community football centers and clubs in Hanoi. More than 500 young athletes continue to compete in two familiar age groups: U.10 (born in 2015) and U.11 (born in 2014).

After 50 matches, the owners of the two championship trophies have been revealed. They are the U.11 The Light Futsal team and the U10 team of Ngoc Hung Football Center, Hanoi . The top scorers of each age group are Nguyen Viet Anh (U.11 VietGoal team) and Nguyen Duc Manh (U.10 team of Ngoc Hung Football Center, Hanoi).
This year, Viettel Sports Company plans to organize the Viettel Cup community football tournament 2 to 3 times. After the success of the Viettel Cup 2025 (first time), the organizing committee plans to expand the participants to community football centers and clubs outside the capital Hanoi.
"Also in 2025, Viettel Sports Club plans to recruit 20 new athletes born in 2014. In addition to the young talents discovered at satellite centers, the Viettel Cup Community Football Tournament is an opportunity for children to enter the final round of the military football team, scheduled to take place in late June and early July 2025," said Nguyen Hai Bien, Deputy Director of Viettel Sports Company.
Here, the candidates will have a week to breathe the football atmosphere at the headquarters of Viettel The Cong Club and be thoroughly tested on criteria such as body shape, fitness, technique, talent, physical health... through confrontation tests, talent tests and medical checks.
Successful candidates will be signed a youth training contract and given the best conditions to develop into professional players, the future seeds of Viettel The Cong Club as well as Vietnamese football.
