Specifically, at around 11 PM on April 19th, while checking his fishing nets, Mr. Nguyen Van Nghia (residing in Bao Vi hamlet, Tan An commune) discovered a sea turtle weighing approximately 60 kg caught in his net.

After bringing the animal into temporary care, Mr. Nghia proactively informed the Tam Giang Tay Border Guard Station to coordinate with relevant authorities to release it back into its natural environment.
