Da Nang starts construction of nearly 80,000 billion VND super complex of culture, entertainment, trade and services

On August 19, Sun Group Corporation coordinated with the People's Committee of Da Nang City to hold the groundbreaking ceremony of the super project of the world-class cultural, entertainment, commercial and service park (DaNang Downtown). The project celebrates the 80th anniversary of the August Revolution and National Day September 2.

Project perspective.

DaNang Downtown super complex has a scale of 76.92 hectares, located in Hoa Cuong ward (old Asia Park), with a total investment of about 79,790 billion VND.

The project includes a cultural and entertainment park, a theater, a bustling riverside commercial area, a green park embracing the Han River and the tallest 69-storey iconic tower in the central region...

With its central location, DaNang Downtown is planned to become an ideal destination for entertainment, shopping, and the most bustling night-time economic complex in Da Nang.

The focal point of Danang Downtown is the Cultural and Entertainment Park, including: a theater of over 9,000 square meters with 4,000 seats (including an Opera Hall and a multi-purpose room), a museum area, an exhibition center, etc.

Here, Sun Group will invest in high-class outdoor art performances with the participation of the world's leading artists, organize fireworks displays, and light up the night economy of the Han River city.

Enhancing the experience for tourists to enjoy culture are the activities in the Commercial Service Complex. High-rise and low-rise subdivisions create a space for tourism service business, a bustling shopping space, creating a continuous flow: visitors come to have fun, stay, experience services and enjoy the night economic life at the same location.

The low-rise subdivision is arranged to embrace the central park, while the high-rise commercial and service area integrates full amenities: swimming pool, gym, children's play area and vibrant commercial space.

The highlight is the 69-storey tower, 408m high (the second tallest in Vietnam). This is expected to become an architectural symbol of the central region.
