In Tay Giang commune, it is planned to renovate, upgrade and expand the area of the old A Tieng Commune Party Committee - People's Council - People's Committee headquarters to build A Tieng Primary and Secondary Boarding School. At the same time, invest in building new classrooms, dining halls, playgrounds, etc. to serve boarding activities for students.
In A Vuong commune, establish A Vuong Primary and Secondary Boarding School on the basis of merging the original status of Bhalêê Primary Boarding School, A Vuong Primary Boarding School and Nguyen Ba Ngoc Secondary Boarding School.
Bhalêê Primary Boarding School is the main point for the principal's office, classrooms, student dormitories, kitchen, and teachers' housing. Renovate, upgrade, and expand Nguyen Ba Ngoc Secondary Boarding School to create teachers' housing.
In Hung Son commune, the locality proposed to build a new primary and secondary boarding school for Hung Son commune, meeting the learning needs of more than 500 boarding students.
The leaders of the People's Committee of Da Nang City suggested choosing the old headquarters of the People's Committee of Tr'hy Commune (Abaah 1 Village) to build a new school. At the same time, the locality continued to survey neighboring areas with convenient transportation to build functional areas and housing for teachers...
Mr. Tran Anh Tuan - Vice Chairman of Da Nang City People's Committee emphasized that the selection of locations to build schools must ensure safety, avoiding areas at risk of landslides during the rainy season.
Communes need to immediately review the number of students over the years, have statistics on facilities, teachers, and students of different ages to calculate construction suitable to actual needs; have plans to reuse facilities and use land funds reasonably.
Assign the Department of Construction, Department of Education and Training, the Management Board of Investment Projects for Construction of Civil, Industrial and Technical Infrastructure Works in Da Nang... to closely coordinate with localities to implement school projects to ensure quality and progress as assigned.
Previously, the Department of Education and Training of Da Nang City proposed investing 740 billion VND to build a system of ethnic boarding schools in 6 land border communes in the area.
